Will I gain super Omega-3 mutant abilities?

My new bottle of "Omega 3 Liquid" arrived today, which totals out per 5ml: 825mg EPA / 550mg DHA.

Earlier today just after lunch I didn't have a teaspoon at hand so just filled up the bottle cap and slurped it down. Nice! Well if you like oily strawberry fish.

Anyway about 30 minutes ago I felt a bit odd, not very odd but just odd enough to say you feel odd.

I took a glance again at the bottle cap and paused.

"Hmmm that's not really 5ml."

Just out of curiosity I filled the cap again, found a teaspoon and measured the oil back into the bottle.

6 teaspoons: 4950mg EPA / 3300mg DHA.

Well I think I should be set for the rest of the evening.

FYI: 5 mL is a teaspoon, it's a tiny amount.

Also a good source of vitamin D. Add to one mashed potato with butter and chopped greens.

Right, I'm off to Tango. I will report back if the raised EPA/DHA levels effect my caminata.

If you find yourself swimming upstream to spawn, then the answer is yes.

One can of Vital Choice sardines has 2764mg EPA / 2132mg DHA, so I don't think you'll mutate too quickly ;)

Add to that 78% RDA of calcium and 28g protein, it begs the question of why more people don't eat sardines?

First you might find yourself spending too much time in the bath/shower. Here you may or may not notice that you can see underwater better.

As the fish oil exudes from your every pore -Cats might be more attracted to you (or bears) and people will be less.

You may crave plankton or algae or simply want to slather yourself in butter and lemon and roast in a sauna.

Good luck!

That's a biiiig cap...try ORIGINAL Nutritionals Liquid drinkable next time. Lemon citrus flavor that I mix into my salad dressing and juice smoothies. The best on the market and a clean, pure label. No sugar or emulsifiers.
