Ignore it. It's probably a ploy put out by big pharma to slam the supplement industry

Don't take too much. We need some O3 to balance our O6 intake, but we don't need much, nor do we need to deal with an easily oxidized supplement. Krill oil is more stable- especially if you find on with the phosolipids and astaxanthin still in it. It is also a good idea to just eat seafood.

Keep the O6 low, and you don't need much O3. Then get your saturated fats in and be happy.
