Upping Calories vs. Omega 3/6 Ratio

Hi! Thanks for reading.

I have a history of restrictive eating, and have been eating between 800-1200 calories for probably a year or so. I'm satiated on this much, but I feel the effects of low energy, dry skin, and thinning hair. (I used to restrict far more, but am mostly better now.) Recently I've been trying to up my calories by upping fats, but am worried about the omega 3/6 ratio. Any suggestions?

I don't have access to fresh seafood- and the frozen fish I can buy contains sodium triphosphate and is mostly lean freshwater fish with a less than ideal 3/6 ratio. I'll try to cut back on poultry and pork, but what else should I do to raise my omega 3's?

I'm female, 5'1 and around 108 lbs.

(Also, mostly unrelated, but how can my body be surviving on this little calories? My bmr should be 1350, and I walk about 30 minutes a day and have a standing desk.)

for some unknown reason to me, sardines in mustard are a damned hard item to find in Australia. found none so far in the local shops & nothing 'locally' online either.

they all seem to have sardines in tomato sauce tho

Don't worry about ratios, just eat food. When worrying keeps you from eating enough calories to keep your hair from thinning and skin from drying you are hurting yourself. You could eat some good canned sardines, especially the ones in mustard if you aren't crazy about the sardine taste.
