900mg of Omega 3 from fish oil or 90mg of Omega3's from Krill oil

What's more effective? I've been reading up on the advantages of Krill oil and it's bioavalaibility...but I'm a little hesitant to buy something with only 90mgs.

Available to...what precisely?

This isn't really my area, frankly I think the Fish Oil thing is just a way to sell supplements. That said...

Trying to suppress your immune response? Take the basic stuff.

Trying to get an anti-depressant effect? Take the Krill.

Worried about Nutrient deficiencies and teeth? CLO

Want Paleos to think you are cool? Take Fermented(Rotted) CLO straight and then smack your lips and grunt (I know I'd be impressed! LOL)

Why not just eat sardines and salmon? I eat these every day and I can see the difference in my blood. I mean literally, visually, my blood is different. If I get a small scratch on my arm or something my blood is runny and thin. I assume that's the fish oil doing what it's supposed to do. Eating real fish means I don't have to worry how many milligrams of whatever.

Speaking of Bio availability, what is the 900mg fish oil's bio availability? Is it just as much or less as the krill? I've also read that most fish oil supplements are darn near worthless because by the time they get to the consumer most are rancid unless the are of higher quality i.e. not a Walgreen's special.
