Can eating liver cause a false positive drug test?

So according to this article consuming large amounts of can cause a drug test to be positive for clenbuterol, so they are warning athletes to avoid it! It would seem to me that you would have to consume an insane amount of liver. Anyone have any additional info on this?

PS....I'm sure they are ok with our Olympians eating the McDonalds they advertise throughout the Olympics!

Chinese meat has tested positive for clenbuterol (they use it to pack on extra muscle) and its well absorbed when taken orally. So it's conceivable that eating tainted meat would make someone test positive. Damn handy excuse for when your caught out ;)

You would not have to consume insane amounts of clenbuterol to test positive. Clenbuterol would also be in muscle meat too, so you don't have to single out liver. That was Contador's excuse.

By the way, if anyone tests positive for clenbuterol, they took clenbuterol, it's not from eating liver/meat.
