Wheat germ oil in skincare

I have been advised to try wheat germ oil for the stretch marks and was wondering if it's going to have the same negative effect on my body as consuming wheat? Also, my favourite lip balm contains wheat germ oil, is that dangerous as well? Many thanks

If you're just paleo for general health, you're probably okay using those things, but if you have known wheat issues, at least cut the lip balm, since it has a direct path to your stomach. I'm sensitive to wheat, and I finally figured out that one of my vitamins was keeping me sick and tired because it has at tiny bit of wheat germ in it.

I've seen a lot of the science behind how gluten travels from your stomach into your blood and crosses into the brain, but I've never heard anyone talk about this happening transdermally.

Personally, I would use neither. But I almost never use anything for skincare except soap and coconut oil.

Wheat Germ Oil is recognized as an excellent source of the vitamin E complex. Wheat Germ Oil as a dietary supplement has been controversial due to the process by which it is extracted. The extraction process is tricky because the active ingredients are so easily destroyed.Sometimes many antibacterial soaps might be helpful

This should work but if it don't then you must go for some antibacterial body bath soap for same. because sometime this technique is most beneficial.
