Soybean oil in GNC brand vitamin K2?

The first ingredient in the vitamin K2 softgels I bought from GNC is soybean oil (other than the K2), do you think the amount is at all significant? Is it worth a return?

It isn't with regards to the PUFA content, it is such a negligible amount. Some people with soy allergies say that they react to even a small amount, but if you aren't super sensitive it probably isn't a big deal. Dose makes the poison, most of the time.

I certainly wouldn't worry about it unless you're allergic to soy. Make a note of it and avoid it next time.

I'm using a brand (CanPrev) that comes in a coconut oil base. It's k2 from natto + 1000 iud vitamin d3. I agree with the above responses that a negligible amount of soybean oil probably won't kill you but if you can get it in a coconut oil base, and not pay through the nose for it, then why not go for the better oil?

I was worried about the same issue and found this one:

MenaQ7™ is a trademark of NattoPharma, Norway. Patents pending. Caution: This product contains vitamin K. Consult your physician if using blood-thinning medications such as coumarin/warfarin.

Contains nothing other than listed ingredients.
