I know everybody LOVES coconut oil (as do I and use it as my main oil for cooking, etc), but would it be beneficial to my HEALTH to add in MacNut and Avocado oil as well?

A better route would be to eat coconut flesh, whole macadamia nuts or avocados to get a bunch of vitamins and minerals along with the fats. Adding refined oils to your diet drives the nutrient density downward.
