OILS: MacNut vs Avocado vs Coconut vs Olive

I know everybody LOVES coconut oil (as do I and use it as my main oil for cooking, etc), but would it be beneficial to my HEALTH to add in MacNut and Avocado oil as well?

I found a good MacNut Oil on Amazon in case anyone is interested: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0014M1VR4/ref=ox_sc_act_title_1?ie=UTF8&psc=1&smid=ATVPDKIKX0DER

If anyone knows the direct comparisons of health benefits with these (I feel like I already know that Olive Oil is the weakest health wise) that would be awesome. Thanks!

A better route would be to eat coconut flesh, whole macadamia nuts or avocados to get a bunch of vitamins and minerals along with the fats. Adding refined oils to your diet drives the nutrient density downward.

Yes, both of those oils on salads are delicious and nutritious.
