Nothing to do with weight, everything to do with value of the order. And yes, they include shipping expenses as part of the costs.

iHerb orders up to a certain weight won't have any extra costs at costums to the Netherlands.

I don't know what you call cheap, but iHerb has some good ones. I use http://www.iherb.com/Garden-of-Life-Olde-World-Icelandic-Cod-Liver-Oil-Lemon-Mint-Flavor-8-fl-oz-236-ml/3154?at=0

I would like a good ratio on money spend and quality. Regarding quality : high dosed oil with little chance of mercury is most important.

I would just eat the fish and especially their eggs and roe, they quality is easier judged by your nose anyways. I dont trust processed fish oils.

I use iHerb, and myprotein.co.uk has a great pouch with 5000 (!) fish oil caps.

Not AFAIK, but I used to get my omega 3 fish oil from myprotein.co.uk, who ship to NL for a reasonable price. They sell a monstrous 5000-cap bag of the things, I'm on my third bag. Google for coupon code for them, you can easily find a 5% coupon for first orders.

I recently moved to cod liver oil, though. I get my CLO from iherb.com - they ship to Netherlands.

If you want fish oil, I have probably half a bag left due to my move to CLO. Drop me a note here if you'd like to buy it off me for cheap, and we'll figure out a way to communicate. I live in Amsterdam.

Eat sardines instead, or remove the word "cheap": high quality fish oil is not cheap.
