To add to GM's answer... I believe that Bob's Red Mill (?) supplies oats that are supposed to be not cross contaminated.

Can you? Yes.

May you? You don't need our permission.

Should you? If you're trying to stick to paleo, that's a firm *no*. If you just like the idea of paleo, eating that way sometimes, aren't allergic at all to gluten (as oats are almost always cross contaminated, though they contain no to low amount naturally), then that's up to you.

Oats are still grains. Use almonds instead, or almond flour, or slivers.
