So I had the athlete paleo thread earlier going on..I really need to put on some weight as I'm losing it too easily. For now until I find a solution would you recommend I do conventional whole milk (I'm at school and can't really budget in 1/2-1 gallon of whole milk per day right now) or steel cut oats?
Things I've already tried: Quinoa (messed up my digestion), ADEAD, eating coconut oil (tough on the stomach)

Ditching the metric ton of carbohydrate you were eating (reading your other question) means you are going to adjust your glycogen/water weight. After that, it's all a matter of calories to maintain weight, if you under-eat, you'll lose weight.
