What are the best nuts? All Paleo book authors have different opinions on this although all seem convinced they're correct! Someone must know!

Difficult to pick any one nut but if I had to it would be macadamias as they taste great & have a better fat ratio that other nuts (higher MUFA lower PUFA) although I think PUFA's in their natural unprocessed (non industrial seed oil) form are fine to be honest, I just love their buttery rich taste when you grind them into a paste with your chompers.

A little tasty thing to try is a few macadamias throw them in your mouth, then pour some avocado oil in, chew = smooth buttery heaven

I put plenty of coconut oil in with my veggies and usually add extra virgin olive oil afterwards.

If you eat like shit of course you're going to feel bad. Get some more fats and carbs and variety in your diet. You can't go low carb and fat at the same time.

Also I view exercise as essential to being in shape..if that needs to be said.
