I need to make cookies (or some sort of dessert, preferably not a pudding-type thing) for a vegan and a paleo who is allergic to nuts. Can it be done? Anyone have any good recipes or a link?

So if the paleo is allergic to the vegan...are they gonna be in separate rooms?

Screw that. Skewer and slow-roast the vegan person and feed it to the paleo one.

can you use seeds? the girl on the paleomg.com site uses sunflower seed butter in her nut free recipes. i'm sure you could just sub flax eggs for the real eggs she uses. she makes a lot of bars.

How about a coconut milk "ice cream" with berries? Or is that too "pudding like"?
