nuts on paleo diet?

Why aren't brazil nuts included in the paleo diet?

Hmm, not sure what you mean, as I am eating some right now. I probably only eat a dozen or so a week, but I always keep a few in the kitchen.

Nuts and seeds are paleo but are only supposed to be consumed in moderation because they, too, contain anti-nutrients and toxins found in grains and legumes.
