hello all im new to the paleo diet and the site glad to be here! ok so im trying to learn how to use cron-o-meter or my fitness pal and realized i dont hve a number for the amount of protien calories and other important paleo macronutrients ect one needs in a day!? i guess im looking for somekind of extensive list

There's no "required" macronutrient ratio or number of calories for paleo. However, if you are looking for a starting place, I would recommend this link:
Perfect Health Diet includes more starches than other paleo versions, but many people find it to be one of the most sane versions for long term. You may wish to eliminate some of the starches in the beginning if you are trying to solve a particular health issue.
From there, you may need to tweak anything and everything to suit your body and your level of activity. Don't be afraid to experiment!
