I noticed that my Trader Joe's bag of "Pumpkin Seeds In Shell" lists the nutrition data for the "edible portion" of the product. I understand that this means with the shell removed, however, what I can't seem to find out is if the 1/4 cup serving size includes the shell or only the "edible portion."
1/4 cup of pumpkin seeds in shell is significantly less "seed" than 1/4 cup shelled... So if I am counting macros (which I am at the moment), my values could be skewed. I know it's probably not alot, but I'm still curious...
