I feel like I'm getting nowhere with my nutrition, I'm going down the wrong path and I'd appreciate some solid answers to set me straight.
So I want to be able to see my abs and build some muscle. The issue I'm bumping into when I search for answers on google in relation to getting abs with Paleo nutrition is that a lot of Paleo eaters are saying that they're mostly skinny-fat, not muscley and have visible abs.
Now I once read that in order to get visible abs and larger muscle size with Paleo nutrition you have to do a few things differently than a Paleo way of eating reccomends, but the article wasn't greatly clear on what I'd have to tweak on my diet to actually get the results I'm searching for.
so here are my questions:
What did you guys and girls do to your nutrition plans to see your abs?
What did you guys and girls do to your nutrition plans to increase your muscle size?
What things have you changed about your nutrition that had an increased effect on your physique/results?
Thanks very much everyone, this should really help me out!

Best thing for me was to follow a Leangains-esque method with IF, fasted workouts, lower fat and higher carb (potatoes. mmm) on workout days, lower carb and higher fat on off days. Adequate protein (1g/lb of lean mass) all the time.
Where did you read about all this skinny-fat?
