Does anyone know the nutritional profile from homemade bone broth

Possible Duplicate:
What is the nutrient analysis of bone broth?

I've looked all over and found no answer. I would like to know for recording purposes.

My broth tends to turn into gelatin after being in the refrigerator for a little bit. Which surprised me at first but I take it that's a good thing after researching a bit more.

I use a whole chicken and it's organs, plenty of chicken feet, radishes, onions, bay leaves, peppercorns, apple cider vinegar and water. Throw it all in a crock pot and wait 24 hours.

If anyone has any idea how many calories, protein, fat and carbs, let me know.

Yes, you are right, but at this point I think the question notes that nobody really knows. I only posted because it was asked so recently and it was fresh on my brain. I don't think there are currently any sources out there that tell any of the nutrition properties of bone broth. Or at least that's what I gathered from the thread that was posted.

And that link doesn't help me as it doesn't give the information I'm asking for. It only says that no one knows.

I did try "bone broth calories" in the search bar and came up with nothing. Thank you for the link

There has been a thread that covers this question.

http://paleohacks.com/questions/95704/what-is-the-nutrient-analysis-of-bone-broth#axzz1v8Fb1MQK

It might help to use the search bar at the top of the page to look up answers to questions you may have.

Cheers!
