I'm very active but am trying to lean out. I'm trying to experiment with dropping all nuts from my diet as I think they may be stalling my progress. I need snacks that are easy to eat, relatively quiet, not super expensive and won't give me horrible breath. Any ideas? No nuts or high sugar foods. So far all I can really think of are hardboiled eggs, but I'd like a little more variety
