I'm a female in my 60's I've be on the Diet for only 7 weeks I've lost 10 Lbs. right away but nothing for the last 3 weeks, I need to lose 30 Lbs. what I'm I doing wrong. I exercise 3 or 4 day a week moderately. No I haven’t cheated, I eat less than 100g carbs a day, Protein 113 g Fat 67g. (goals) . What should my expectations be. Any advice would be appreciated.
