Just moved to Seattle this past year, and I joined the meetup group. Looking forward to making it out for an event soon!

I'm in Seattle! If you are interested in meeting more paleo people in the area, I recommend joining the meet-up group: http://www.meetup.com/paleoseattle/

There are some pretty good events coming up...book club & potluck!

Yep, there are quite a few of us! We have a meet-up group as Laura mentioned, and we also have a facebook page: Western Washington Paleo Enthusiasts. We have about 230 people in the meetup group.

Things we've done in the past: -Had Robb Wolf come and speak to us and have a Paleo Chef Competition, that was made into a video (Primal Chef). -Had Catered Paleo Dinner w/ Guest Speaker Stephan Guyenet and Primal Chef Screening -Lots of potlucks & a few picnics -Paleo happy hour -Paleo thanksgiving! Where we got together (before the day itself) and had a 100% paleo dinner. -and more...

Its a really great group of people. Let me know if you have any questions (I'm one of the organizers).

And yep, we're having a book club and another pot luck coming up. Hopefully next year we can get a camping trip, farm visit, and a cooking demonstration on the list of events...
