There are a couple things you can try adding to your diet to help your knee. Firstly, try adding Perfect Hydrolyzed Collagen to your diet a couple times a day. Hydrolyzed collagen contains the building blocks for cells, so it helps many with joint issues, and may make your hair and nails grow like mad. Also, Walkabout Emu Oil has helped many with chronic joint pain. It is a whole food oil supplement that comes in capsules as well as liquid and has been shown to help with inflammation. It is an excellent source of Vitamin K. For your low energy, try Perfect Desiccated Liver. It is an excellent source of B vitamins and iron. Hopefully, once you get the pain managed, and more energy, you will be able to start walking or doing other exercises to lose weight. Good Luck!
