Have always ate healthy and even run on treadmill but I have continued to gain weight consistently for the past 4 years. I'm 21 weigh 190 pounds and am 5'6. I don't look like I weigh what I do but it still bothers me. I have no underlying health conditions and have had full blood work ups. My doctor says I just have bad genes. I started the paleo diet a month ago to generally be healthier . I've always believed in natural eating so this wasn't hard for me at all. Plus I'm an excellent cook so I never feel like the foods bland. Anyway I have no energy and always feel drained. Even as soon as I wake up. I try to manage stress through exercise at the gym, mainly running I just enjoy it.
