How fast paleo affects blood (to show up on tests)?

Hi everyone, I'm quite new on paleo diet, I've been doing it since Friday 11/23. I had a bloodtest and urine tests on the following Thursday (29) and just got the results.

I have some high levels of Bilirubin, Uric Acid and Ketones in urine, this all will be checked by a doctor, but I wanted to know: If it's possible that doing a Paleo diet had affected this values already?

I haven't done blood or urine tests in some years (I'm 27, female), but never had this values before. I'm a bit afraid of having been done paleo wrong during that time (somehow), although this could be an older issues.

Thanks!

EDIT: I had only mentioned I've done blood tests, but I've actually done blood and urine tests.

Yes, sorry I didn't mention, I did both blood an urine tests. I was eating some carbs, it wasn't my intention to get into a ketogenic diet, but maybe they weren't enough. Thanks

I have always been told that bilirubin needs blood testing and that urine testing is woefully inaccurate. But I'm not a doctor, so I cannot confirm.

High Uric Acid levels typically means that either: (1) You were dehydrated during the test; (2) You have some level of kidney disease; or (3) Vitamin C deficiency. Vitamin C deficiency could be a symptom of the diet, and would typically show up after about 2 weeks. Dehydration or kidney disease are not diet specific. There are other causes which your doctor needs to check out.

Ketones in urine, can show up in approximately 1-2 days if you are eating a ketogenic diet.
