Getting Started

Alright so here it goes.

I've just turned 30. Love eating, but need to get healthy and loose weight. Am also suffering from intestinal Candida. Have tried fads, detoxes blah blah...nothing lasts. I'm looking to make sustainable, manageable and enjoyable changes to my eating habbits.

I really want to learn to eat healthy so I can be the best man I can be for my wife and our unborn kids.

Hoping someone here can help to get me started with the Paleo lifestyle.

Thanks

Dave

These two interviews by Joe Rogan i found very helpful & motivational. you may not be interested in following either of these guys' programs 'to a T' but i think there's plenty of useful information, regardless.

if you dont feel like sitting through the video there are audio options. joerogan.net offers mp3 and itunes lists his show under podcasts... all free.
