First Time On Paleohacks. Need Help

I've been eating Paleo for 3 1/2 weeks now. I am not ultra militant about it. I eat about 4 sweet potatoes a week and some form of fruit everyday.(Of course I eat meat every dinner). I lost 15 lbs so far but I was such a crappy food eater that I'm not shocked I lost all this weight already. My question is, What are the paleo thoughts on Plain Non Fat Greek Yogurt? Namely the Chobani brand. I only eat about a recommended serving Mon-Thurs at work.

On another note, I feel fantastic and never had an energy drop. Probably because I do eat some fruit and potatoes but I have eliminated gluten intake and cut my carbs probably 75% of what it used to be. Thanks for your answers.

Whoops, my comment was supposed to say "Why eat nonfat yogurt?" not "Why *I eat nonfat yogurt?"

And ya know what? Kudos for not being ultra-militant about it all. I think that's the key to being healthy. Healthy diet but no stress about doing it religiously! :)

Only reason to have dairy is for the fat. Well, okay, biotics too. And maybe the protein. But the fat rules!

I second that. Why I eat nonfat yogurt? Also try the Fage brand.

Seems that you would be better off with the full-fat version.

Remember the bottom line is making the diet that is the best FOR YOU. If you feel great with what you are eating, then keep with it. Your foundation is Paleo and that is all that matters. I too, eat greek yogurt and even kefir, both for digestive health. Good luck on eating well and feeling good!

You might try getting a grassfed or at least organic brand. But at the very least go full fat!
