New to Paleo (for the 3rd time)

My apologies if there is a topic for this. But two reasons why I always fall off. Cravings and appetite. For example (pathetically) last night after I left jiu jitsu class I hadn't eaten since 2pm and by the time I got out it was 930.pm. So when I am super hungry I just blow it. I need to find ways to cut cravings too. I've tried coffee with cream but now people are saying coffee with full fat cream isn't Paleo. Some help me Learn to suck up the lack of discipline. I really want to put the work in with some good pointers. Thank you tons!

Might need more info here. My initial reaction is to let yourself have a big meal. Nothing wrong with that.

Strategies that may help:

1. Eat a snack 20 minutes before you eat a big meal.

2. Drunk coffee with milk (who cares if it's not paleo as long as it works for you)

3. use IF -- if you know scheduled meals are a problem, eat less during the day to compensate.

4. Add low calorie, highly filling foods to your meal. Eat a medium potato has with a large zucchini -- that'll fill you up.
