Hi, I'm Debbie and new to the Paleohacker community. I have heard of the Paleo way for several years, but just now beginning my personal Paleo journey. After reading a recent article, I decided it was time and having just completed my first week, I feel really great. My goals include having increased energy, getting back on the track (running), and to lose about 25 lbs. My professional background includes 15 years as a family nurse practitioner, and Assistant Professor of Nursing at a major university in Texas. I would appreciate any ideas, motivation, or other useful links.

Hi, welcome to Paleohacks, you have just completed your first week, so i'm assuming you already have a basic understanding of what to eat/avoid etc. So they way to go on here is to ask specific questions with as much detail as possible, that way you will get a lot of help from a very knowledgeable community. You have asked for Ideas, motivation & other useful links... ideas for what? weightloss, autoimmune disorders, food. Useful links for what? Recipes, further reading, useful blogs. See where i'm coming from. :)
