I am on day 8 of paleo. My first 5-6 days were pretty easy, no cravings, headaches, etc. But yesterday and today, I've felt pretty tired as if I didn't get enough sleep. Granted, I am use to getting around 6-7 hours of sleep, and felt tired most of the time pre-paleo. Other symptoms that I'm feeling are my eyes slightly burning, my hand started hurting (feels like it's bruised when I push it up against something) and not depressed, but feeling like.. meh. Not sad or happy!
Seeing as how everyone's experiences are different, could what I'm feeling now be the low-carb flu that I hear so much about?
