So it's been 6 weeks. I have noticed a few changes. I am stronger and my libido has gone up a lot. My thinking is a bit clearer. On the negatives I have been a little bit edgy. Certain things get under my skin more and I seem to have more of an emotional charge. Sometimes much more than usual and it scares me. This is under certain conditions. I haven't seen anyone else mention this. I don't know what it is. Background info, I'm male, 6'5 and about 225pounds. I was a vegetarian for 9 years, I'm 36 now. That ended about 4 years ago but I didn't eat a lot of meat afterwards. I am eating a lot more red meat now. Bacon and eggs each morning. Maybe a yam, a salad, and veges and meat for dinner. Being vegetarian was not a good move for me. I wonder if my body is regaining its strength and it's recalibrating. Anyone have any insight? It would be much appreciated. Much love
