Nausea in the middle of the night?

I woke up last night with nausea. No pain, no burning just felt like I was going to vomit. As soon as I sat up for awhile I was fine. Gallstones without pain? It was really weird

Maybe? I did eat some organic energy squares and there are dates and honey in them. I was thinking maybe because of too much fats--but low blood sugar --that is a thought. Thank you

I wouldn't be too concerned unless it happens again. It could have just been something you ate that didn't agree with you. Or pregnancy...(I don't know your age/gender, so that could be impossible.)

I used to have this a lot when I still ate carbs, it's because of low blood suger. Since I went Paleo I haven't had this problem anymore. Did you eat something that day that could have caused your blood suger to drop?
