Possible Duplicate:
Sudden Heartburn and Gas Pains

What would you recommend I should do? My stomach feels very uneasy at just the thought of eating eggs and meat. This just recently started a few days ago, as a matter of fact I had fried eggs for breakfast yesterday and just about barfed!! I don't know what to do and just for those who are thinking that I may be pregnant, please be assured that I am not! Any suggestions will help.

Thanks!

Add some probiotics (supplements, fermented milks like Kefir), Betaine-HCL and/or pancreatic enzymes and see how it changes stuff.

Food poisening? I would let your digestive system rest until you're hungry and then eat whatever you are craving deep down for a few days regardless of paleoness. Then try your staples again.

I also wonder if your gallbladder is functioning properly. Do you have a history of gallstones or pain near your gallbladder? If you don't have a nice even flow of bile to break down and digest fats, that could leave you feeling quite oogy.
