Food smells bad, it's off putting... help?

Hello, it's my second week of going paleo. I've lost 10kg so far. Apart from the complete loss of appetite (i force myself to eat), lack of energy, and sleepless nights, for the last couple of days i've noticed that food smells bad, meat, eggs, veggies, fruits, you name it.

I don't know why I'm picking up smells but it's really off-putting, i gag whenever i try to eat something. If i manage to keep it down, i later on feel nauseated. When that subsides, I'm sleepy and my blood pressure is low.

(I'm obese,(hypothyroidism) i had gastric band surgery 4 years ago, I've lost 60kg, then i had to remove my gallbladder. Since then, things started to go downhill for me, I've gained 15 kg back in two years, and a myriad of health issues arose, mostly gastrointestinal. I've decided to go Paleo to try and get my health back, since doctors are clueless and not really helpful.)

So, what I'm trying to ask here is, are all these symptoms got to do with my liver trying to adapt to all these fatty foods I've been eating? Does smell got anything to do with it? Will it pass? Am i going crazy? :p

Any advice would be much appreciated since I'm a noob .

Thank you all in advance, excuse the lengthy post (first timer) and any grammatical mistakes 'cause English isn't my native language.
