Do the little white half moons on your nails mean anything?

The ones next to your cuticle. I used to have prominent ones before paleo. They gradually disappeared so I'm curious what that means.

Nope, meaningless. Though if you believe the internet, they'll diagnose anything and everything. I'm pretty sure they're a sign you're going to die in the next 150 years or so.

They're called lunula, and they might mean something...hypothyroidism, B12 deficiency...

That's interesting because I haven't eaten beef or sardines in a long time.

I don't want to be too paranoid about every little change in my body though.
