Muscle Soreness low carb?

I was wondering does going paleo/low carb intensify muscle soreness?

I feel great going low on carb high on fat/protein apart from muscle soreness, i kinda like the soreness a bit, no pain no gain, but surely it means im not recovering from workouts very well?

Im fairly sure im getting enough protein/fat, logically it would make sense that eating more meat would help muscle recovery

Thanks for any tips

Right because heaven forbid increase the intensity and need more carbs.

fish oil seems to help with inflammation and muscle recovery for lot of people.

Low magnesium can cause me to get sore more easily. If you're in ketosis, it's hard not to be dehydrated while working out and that can cause muscles to get sore more easily.
