I was wondering does going paleo/low carb intensify muscle soreness?
I feel great going low on carb high on fat/protein apart from muscle soreness, i kinda like the soreness a bit, no pain no gain, but surely it means im not recovering from workouts very well?
Im fairly sure im getting enough protein/fat, logically it would make sense that eating more meat would help muscle recovery

fish oil seems to help with inflammation and muscle recovery for lot of people.
