Bicep muscles youwant to be really careful isolates the muscle and really work outa few your the best way to describe a pectoral flymovement is as a big hug you're all the way over headpalms facing inward you bend your arms slightly and then tryto keep your elbows at gmax about the same angle throughout the exercise you don't want alot of bending and straightening up the arm which involves triceps after instead you want to lower the weights in thewine art feeling the chest muscle stretch and then bring them up in the same parksqueezing
