I'm getting back into Primal-style working out. I really like the ideas behind MovNat, and I'm looking for ideas on how to implement MovNat given my limitations in mobility.
- I use canes to walk, and at this time can't really stand without a cane or wall to lean on
- This also means I can't do things like squats or jumps without a cane or stability aide
- I'm still working on building up core strength (planks, sit-ups, etc), and ideally would like movements that could work on core / hip strength. Any ideas? Thanks in advance
