Switching to fat burning metabolism. Pqq is helping me. Anyone else?

First time posting, but I have been in the nutrition game for over a decade and trying to optimize my health.

I never felt so great cutting out grains and essentially eating paleo/lower carb. I felt better for sure by avoiding bad carbs but never could produce energy very well from fats.

After a lot of research. I realised I should tackle the problem by addressing my mitochondria which are more than likely damaged from years of being a sugar/refined carb junkie.

I just started taking 40mg of pqq along with 200mg ubiquinol and am experiencing a huge change in how well I do with no carbs. I had tried ubiquinol before to generate energy and it helped a bit . But the pqq seems to living up to it's promise to boost the production of new mitochondria.

It must be helping me to burn fat for energy because for the first time I am able to eat a meal with no carbs and feel really energised for hours. I just wanted to see if others had had similar experiences.

PQQ is pretty expensive, but for people who have problems transitioning to a paleo lifestyle because of problems with fat metabolism it could be really helpful. Thoughts?

Dr Kruse seems very sold to it, +1 for just remembering me that I may want to give it a shot.

Try juicing parsley, it's one of the food sources of PQQ, also green tea, and kiwi (though juicing tons of fruit is probably not a great idea). Also see:

I notice a great deal of energy and endurance from the PQQ.
