? it should have some probiotics and stuff that might help. I cannot stomach fermented foods or probiotic caps but i can stomach raw goats milk. I could possibly combine raw colostrum to add benefit? thoughts/suggestions

My rule of thumb - if your stomach is okay with it, go for it. If your stomach tells you - no, don't do it. I think raw goat milk would be fabulous.

For digestive issues, you need to make goat kefir at home. Works wonders. The bacteria/yeasts will restore balance to your gut, along a good Paleo diet rich in things like offal, fermented foods, bone broth etc.

If you have digestive issues, even goats milk may be problematic and may cause further problems. Just because a food is healthy does not mean it's appropriate for those with digestive issues. Sucks, I know.

Could be the casein in cows milk you're allergic to rather than the lactose (both goat and cow milk have lactose).
