How much water do I need if I'm drinking lots of milk.

Okay, so right now I'm working out very heavily and very frequently, as well as eating enormous amounts of food in an effort to gain weight. I seem to have my calorie/macronutrient game dialed in, as I'm steadily gaining 0.5 to 1 pounds a week, while staying lean and having tons of energy during workouts, BUT due to the fact that a large amount of my fluids are coming from half a gallon of milk and 2 cups of coffee I have at work every morning, I don't end up drinking as much water as I feel I should. I drink lots of water while I'm working out, probably about 500-750ml, and try to drink at least a litre of water at work before I leave for my workout, but after my workout I'll only really drink the milk, as I drink the vast majority of my milk after my workout, but there's only about 2.5 hours between my workout's end and bedtime. To put this in perspective, I'm extremely active, I work in a very fast paced commercial kitchen, so I'm powerwalking/on my feet/sweating for 8 hours every day in a really hot room, and then go do 2.5 - 3 hours of crossfit (of course I'm not training the ENTIRE time, but that's how long I'm at the gym total, planning and doing my workouts.) Is this enough total fluids for my body?

Is your urine generally dark yellow or mostly clear? Shouldn't that tell you if you're dehydrated?

Milk is mostly water but coffee is a diaretic. Agree with Mike, above, if urine is dark yellow then you need to drink more water.
