Combination of wine and milk products, makes me sick?

I've been doing a 80/20 paleo since half a year now. Since a few weeks I notice some strange things: last week I threw up after I had a party, with a lot of non-paleo products, like beer, wine & camembert (white soft cheese). I thought it was just the amount of alcohol which made me throw up, 6 or 7 glasses; I never went beyond 5.

The week before I had a few unpleasant evenings, bloated and feeling sick, and the common denominators were red wine and milk products (full fat organic yoghurt, camembert, ice cream). After a few days, I tested my tolerance level of milk products by eating a whole camembert, with no problems at all. And I had some beer without cheese, no problemo.

Yesterday again. I had stomach problems all day, I thought it was the whole beef heart I ate the day before, or maybe it was too spicy (a whole red pepper went into it, including some chilli). I had some candy (I tend to eating non-paleo things every now and then, just to keep my body used to it) and 1,5 glass of wine, and immediately I felt sick, headache, I was nauseous, my heart beat became loud and fast, and I 'slept' with a bucket beside my bed. At the moment I'm still not feeling well, and I checked the candy, it had yoghurt in it..

TL;DR: does anyone have experience with problems when combining milk producs & wine/alcohol? What could be the reason for it? Why can i enjoy one kind without problems and throw up if I combine it?

I had a dermatological rash and neurological tingling in the face after alcohol combined with gluten or milk (think of beer). Nothing close to your symptoms but the symptoms of leaky gut can be broad. Leaky gut should generally be improving on paleo but there are other factors that can influence it like inflammatory conditions, food alergies, stress including alcohol. It may be something else too. Google reduced alcohol tolerance some low carbers experience.

Interesting, so you have had the same experience? I never had a leaky gut though, it's just since a few weeks that I don't seem to be able to combine it. Is my gut getting leaky now or something??

Alcohol can be a stron trigger of leaky gut(certainly was for me). Similar to this guy http://paleohacks.com/questions/112190/lactose-and-coffee-together-causing-digestive-issues/115918#115918

Can I share a joke with you or is it going to be too mean of me?

If it is a little too mean, let me know and I will delete it.

A guy walks into a store with two empty bottles of rum and a receipt. He says, "You sold me some really bad rum. I want my money back!" The store manager asks, "What do you mean, you want your money back? How do you know it was bad?" The guy answers, "How do I know? I drank two bottles last night and threw up."
