If so, then how can I do it?

Then edit your question to reflect this. You didn't ask about fermenting. Yes, you can use probiotics to ferment raw milk. Here's a thread on another site that addresses it: http://tribes.tribe.net/fabulousfermentation/thread/ccf0704b-ae04-420b-8980-757b8d978040

I meant as in ferment it, I am actually going to open the capsule and put the bacteria in the milk directly(after I warm it), then put it into a warm container and let it sit there for 10 to 12 hours. But my question is, does this work? I've seen people do it with almond/coconut milk, but will it work with dairy? I want to drink it like kefir but I am unable to access real kefir now.

Dump it in would be the best bet. Why not just take the capsule with the milk? It won't "melt" into the milk if that is what you are looking for and there will likely be clumps.
