We can't always get to the farmer's market to buy raw milk and since we don't have problems with dairy I'd like to know what's lesser of two evils Jersey cow milk or Organic whole milk from supermarkets? Also if anyone has mail order or online order suggestions for raw A2 milk in London area would be much appreciated.

Whichever isn't "ultra pasteurized." Not sure how it works in the UK, but most American organic milk is ultra pasteurized, and not good at all.

Hi Matt - you might be interested to know that a2 Milk, a product that has been big in Australia, has just launched here in the UK. You can buy it now at all Morrisons and Budgens stores, and in large Tesco outlets. Find out more at a2Milk.co.uk
Whilst jersey cows produce high levels of the A2 protein, their milk isn't exclusively A2, whereas a2 Milk (the brand) has ONLY A2 proteins.
