Cron-O-Meter targets

I've just started using Cron-o-meter. I want to track my micro's to see if I should be supplementing as I'm dairy/grain/cruciferous veggie free and afraid I might be missing something. So far I see I'm not getting enough vitamin C and calcium.

There are many items that don't have targets- such as amino acids and some vitamins and minerals. Do you use any custom targets and why?

I just try to make sure I'm getting enough calcium, magnesium and iron. oh and potassium....those are the only ones I have to make an effort for. the rest just fall into place with what i eat.

I do watch my O3:O6 balance, aiming for no worse than 1:4 and ideally 1:3

I sometimes use Nutrition Data to get an idea of my choline intake. Quick glance on Cron-O-Meter and I don't see that they measure that. I tend to do custom targets based on pre-conception/pregnancy levels, since we're looking to conceive sometime next year. For some reason I'm often low on zinc and iron, unless I ate offal that day. I should probably track that more carefully.
