the title pretty much says it. Ray Peat mentioned in one of his articles the possibility of macromolecules to be "persorbed" into the blood stream and that microcrystalline cellulose might have some issues.
So when I read "Cellulose" on my supplement jar, can I be sure it is natural cellulose and not the synthetic microcrystalline cellulose - polymer?
