I can gain muscle fairly easily when i used to lift, but i'm in college so had to give up the gym due to funding issues , but i seem to be fairly incapable of gaining large amounts of fat.Depite eating large amounts of foods which are associated with weight gain, i stay pretty constant at around 154 lbs, at 5'11. I used to be chubby, when i was younger but lost it all suddenly when i gave up processed food and it hasnt come back since. I don't think im fat or carb sensitive as neither macro seems to cause weight gain, which i thought was odd as most people are either one or the other. I eat lots of tubers, fruit, nuts, dark chocolate and other paleo foods that can be commonly overdone, and i dont gain weight.Like at all. I might gain water weight, but thats only if i have junk food and its gone the next day. I have a huge appetite also. I'm wanting the discover the reason behind this. At first i thought it was fine as i am mostly healthy, but i've been told this could be a metablolic issue? I do reguarly fast because im not hungry in the mornings, could there be a connection?
