I am a pretty thin person with a VERY fast metabolism (I've been this way since I was very young) and I have recently begun pursuing the paleo lifestyle. My goal is not to lose weight, but rather, to cut out the foods that make me feel unhealthy, namely processed ones. The only struggle I've had is that my blood sugar has been incredibly low, to the point where I am lightheaded and have fainted once. Obviously, this is not healthy or ideal. Is there anyone out there who has any suggestions for me? I have tried curbing my fruit intake but I can only eat so much before I actually turn into a blueberry. I do not have any sugar cravings, and have never been a person that has eaten sweets or desserts, as I do not have much of a sweet tooth.
Please help! I like the aspects of the Paleo diet that cut out processed foods, but I am wondering if I need to incorporate more carbs in my diet as well.

Carbs + fat. Potatoes—white, sweet, whatever...your call— with butter or cheese or butter AND cheese. Butter and cheese and bacon. Bacon is delicious. Bacon is good always. Also perhaps smoothies with coconut milk? If you're not already eating fatty fish, there's a start. But mostly bacon. Eat it. If you are eating it, eat more of it.
