I'm currently taking time off from competitive body building as it has really done a number on my metabolism. I've had watch my weight climb all while eating extremely clean and staying physically active (apparently this is quite common with continuous competing and extreme dieting). I think my body is finally healed enough to attempt losing weight (not for competing) again. Has anyone else had this problem and transitioned to Paleo and lost weight after a crashed metabolism? Like I said, I have been eating clean and low carb, but want to go really strict paleo. Thanks for your input.
