First Paleo Hacks post - glad to be here.
Dealing with metabolic syndrome (self-inflicted), need to lower bad cholesterol, A1C and triglycerides.
Have noticed that even if I eat clean all day, right around 3 to 4 PM, I start to notice a "bloat" or inflammation around the waist were my Hate Handles are.
Only thing I can think of that would trigger this DAILY is my coffee in the morning. I drink it black, about 4 to 6 cups by 10:00 AM.
Has anyone else experienced this? If anyone has any ideas, I am all ears.
