are tuna dying of mercury poisoning?

are tuna dying out? are they going extinct ? overfishing is happening with a lot of fish, but thats not the question. the question is this: if mercury poisoning were a problem, then wouldn't the tuna be affected in a massive way. Frogs are dying out. Sturgeon are dying out. are tuna next and is it mercury pollution's fault?
